Trekking "The Via Francigena"

Days Details:

Day 1: arrival in Siena and departure for the excursion to Buonconvento about 26 km and altitude difference 400+.

2nd day: from Buonconvento to San Quirico d'Orcia about 26 km and altitude difference 400+.

Day 3: from San Quirico d'Orcia to Castiglione d'Orcia passing through the natural baths of Bagno Vignoni about 12 km and altitude difference 400+

4th Day: Private Transfer (INCLUDED) to Siena. Visit of the city and return in the evening.

Excursions Details:

Difficulty: E <Escursionistica>

Difference in altitude: about 1200 meters overall to be divided into 4 stages

Length: 80 km overall to be divided into 6 stages

Walking hours: 6-8 hours a day with stops and a lunch break.

Departure times: 8.00 - 8.30

Packed lunch.

Overnight stays: in hotel or B&B

How to get there: Meeting at 6.00 am at the parking of the Hotel Cristal Palace (BG) FREE.

Or directly in Siena (SI) at 9.00 am at the free parking lot near the station.

Participation fee:

Adults: 390 euros

Children aged 15 to 18 accompanied by an adult: 250 euros.

The fee includes: planning and drafting of the itinerary, professional accompaniment with guide, insurance, overnight stay with breakfast and private transfer to return to Siena.

The fee does not include: return travel expenses, food expenses, anything that does not appear in the item "the fee includes".

Recommended clothing: suitable for the season, hiking boots, backpack, waterproof cape, spare t-shirts, sweatshirt, light long pants, swimsuit, spare parts, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, food (bars or similar), 2 liters of water and a camera.
