The crescent-shaped Rifa valley is located in the north of Morocco, which includes the greenest mountain range in Morocco, the gateway to Africa. A valley inhabited for the majority by the Berber population, one of the most ancient peoples in the world that subsist on farming and agriculture, a wild valley at the gates of the Sahara desert, between Canyone mountains that range with a 360 ° view to the Mediterranean Sea, rich in green vegetation such as holm oaks, olive trees and colored by its magnificent orange groves that inebriate the valley with its intense aroma. We will base in the town of Chefchaouen a cascade of blue walls harmoniously inserted in a wonderful natural landscape, one of the most beautiful towns in Morocco, a Unesco heritage, also known as the blue pearl city of Morocco for its picturesque colors, the medina, the city old, a maze of long and narrow alleys. Markets with scents of spices and local food, one of the favorite destinations for photographers not only for its colors but also for its spectacular sunsets, a trek that will allow us to walk in history and culture and will leave us fascinated by its context.
Days Details:
Day 1: Arrival by plane to Tangier, transfer by private bus to Chefchaouen, in the afternoon visit of the ancient city with a guide.
2nd Day: Excursion to the Akchour canyon +400 mt 6h walk.
Day 3: Excursion to the park of Giteazilan + 500 mt5h of walking.
4th Day: Excursion to Mount Jbl + 800mt (highest peak in the Rif valley) 6h walk.
Day 5: Transfer to Tangier by private bus, visit the town and return to Bergamo in the evening.
Participation fee:
Adults: 490 euros
Children aged 10 to 18 accompanied by an adult: 390 euros
The fee includes: planning and drafting of the itinerary, professional accompaniment with a guide, insurance, overnight stay with breakfast, dinner on the first day.
The fee does not include: return travel expenses, food expenses, expenses for any local transport, anything that does not appear in the item "the fee includes".
