Mountain Summer Camp September

PROGRAM: Five days immersed in nature away from the city to learn while having fun through games and sharing, appreciating the rules of the forest and the rhythms of the mountain in total respect for nature and being together, learning to live and coexist with respect for everyone. A week that will lead your children to have complete autonomy of themselves (preparation of the backpack, respect for rules and timetables, respect for the environment and for others) and to feel an integral part of a group. observation of the environment and of those who live there: cartography, orientation, meteorology, flora and fauna of the territory, geology and survival / first aid.

DAY STRUCTURE: Breakfast and practical outing in the environment with packed lunch (prepared by the host structure); In the afternoon group activities / games (treasure hunt, educational quizzes, etc.; the structure has distances indoors in case of bad weather). group.

WHERE: At the Madonna delle Nevi Refuge in Mezzoldo (BG): a structure surrounded by greenery at the foot of the mountain that will give us the opportunity every day to wander in different environments and be able to observe the wonderful and unspoiled surrounding nature. The structure is easily reachable by car with own means.

WHEN: From Monday 31st August to Saturday 5th September 2020. On request, it is possible to bring your children from Sunday 31st August after 5.30 pm with the addition of 35 € for dinner and additional overnight stay.

WHO: Roberto Salomone, AmM Guide of the Lombardy Alpine Guides College, a mountain and outdoor professional titled and regularly registered in the Guides register; Daniela Vescovi, Music teacher at secondary school and professional musician.

WHY: Because with us your children will not be "a number" among many: our groups are small, the atmosphere is serene and welcoming and there is great attention to everyone's needs; Because our animators are not just entertainers, but they are well-trained and qualified people, professionals in their sector, very attentive and sociable who follow the children at all times with a great sense of responsibility, spirit of friendship, joy and a lot of passion and desire to do, desire to teach through games and with the help of nature in an unconventional way; Because our activities are not simple pastimes: games, sports, manual, creative and naturalistic workshops, excursions, are part of a very fun and educational path that has as elements fundamental respect, contact with nature, socialization, the development of autonomy and the abilities of each one, growing together and improving each other; Because by hosting the children in smaller and more comfortable structures (shelters, agritourisms, educational farms and environmental education centers with small sports facilities), managed in a family way, with attention to sustainability and in close contact with the nature we bring children to acclimatise to every situation.

COST: The total cost of participation in the Campus is 320 euros and includes: Registration fee and insurance, full board (drinks included) for 5 nights in rooms of 2, hot showers, outings in the environment with an AmM guide, recreational activities and surveillance;

FAMILY OFFER: For the registration of 2 or more brothers / sisters the cost per child is € 275.

MATERIALS REQUIRED: Sports and mountain clothing, Kway or waterproof cape, jacket, flashlight, hiking boot or shoe, water bottle, sunglasses, sunscreen for the face, backpack for outings in the environment. Bring a photocopy of your identity document and regional service card with you; report and provide any medications to be taken (with written permission from the parent or doctor's prescription); report allergies and / or intolerances.
